1:1 Coaching - Single 1x - (60 minutes)

You will achieve your health goals with my expert one-on-one coaching using mind-body modalities spanning fitness training, lifestyle and diet interventions, mindset coaching, and accountability.

In-person and virtual sessions are both available.  Sessions are 60 or 75 minutes, online or in-person.

If you received this session as part of your Everything Access Membership, you have thirty (30) days to book and use your 60-minute coaching session!  Sign Up NOW!

After 30 days, you will lose that month's session unless you pay a $50 reinstatement fee covering the discounted price you got for your monthly membership.  If you have any questions, please contact me asap if you are near the deadline.

One-on-One Coaching Clients

All sessions purchased expire six (6) months from the purchase date unless authorization for extension is approved.
