Many trainers seem to have a generic routine that they do with all of their clients, not Alejandra. She is very good at identifying where your weaknesses are and helping to correct them. Her small group classes are actually fun- and I am not a lover of classes. Alejandra keeps the classes interesting with a wide variety of exercises, so they do not get boring.
